      The great and talented employees don't stay and the environment is left with mediocre employees at all levels just trying to look busy. Benefits are non existent just like the pay.

      Great company. Lot's of advancement opportunities. SALES people can earn money here - order takers maybe not a lot.

      Expectations are high but with expectations comes $$ opportunities. I worked at another agency (like highway but starts with a FREE...) and expecations were also high but money wasnt there and I got tired of the president yelling at me,

      No growth, no PTO, no 401K, no sick days and no maternity/paternity leave. Very micromanaged to the point it is overwhelming.
