When someone in a power position tries to make necessary changes and follow mandated guidelines they are immediately fired. A full time employee in a management position is required to work an average of 60-65 hrs. a week which includes weekends and holidays. This is not discussed during hiring process. You would be better served working 1 if not 2 part time jobs and paying for private health care.
