Will promise you the world and have you quit your current position. After 60-90 days when you have worked every day 9-10 hours a day ( I'm not exaggerating) you will be told out of the blue the you are no longer needed and to please gather your things and leave. You will not be given anything in writing. When applying for unemployment Aviand's will lie and you will get denied. Furthermore Aviand's supports misconduct and makes a habit of hiring individuals with a criminal past to keep wages low. Aviand's is a contract food company for Senior Living Facilities where they can feed on the most vulnerable population
