Everything is “urgent,” deadlines are constantly unrealistic, and you’re expected to work nights, weekends, and holidays without any extra pay. Overwork is normalized, and saying “no” is career suicide. The worst part? The company deliberately hires students and fresh graduates—people with little to no professional experience—and then dumps critical responsibilities on them with zero training or support. They expect junior staff to know everything, deliver immediately, and take the fall when things inevitably go wrong.
