Working for the office is just a cluster. No transparency, no communication, and respect. There the execs, then all the peons working. Really hard to trust a company that is so fake and lacks transparency. Best to just shut up, look down, and do you job.... if not they might find a reason to fire you. Lacks a LOT of culture for a long term org.
