I started out with AAMCO back in 2004..had great training and mentors back then. Many shops I have been sent to are for the most part meaning well and the customers are treated well. GPS Units much more effective for a good sales person and not the frenzied thinking of what am I going to do without a builder..

Some owners not paying what the techs and managers are worth..long hours up to 60 a week..and commission based..too many comebacks for certain shops..builders just replacing everything driving parts costs up and passed onto customers..
