Buddy system or brownnosers get promoted, instead of hard workers that dependable. Many abuse their status and take 3 hour lunches and still get promoted because they are cute. Discrimination, but HR could care less to hear about it and then you are labeled, so why even speak up? Work not equally divided. Underpaid and overworked, unless you’re someone in Management or HR’s buddy, then you get promoted. Hint: If you’re in the popular crowd you’re socializing instead of working.
