AAXIS is a fantastic place to work. Most of the executive team has been together for around 20 years, which speaks to the strong, supportive culture. Leadership is approachable, focused on growth, and encourages an entrepreneurial mindset across the company. There’s a real sense of collaboration, and it’s a great environment to develop your career with people who genuinely care.

Not really any cons. Best work experience I have had so far. I have learned so much from the executive team.

A great company to work for, helps learn a lot of things in operations and client management. You will be facing towards the leadership team as they work in more like flat reporting structure.

Due to market conditions, they couldn't survive some of the projects they have had, so be cautious there.
