      Moderately supportive of work-life balance, can put forth very little effort and/or even do a very poor job and receive no feedback or consequence.

      Management team not interested in training or supporting career minded invidividuals, very very ego-centric management style, belittling and inqenuine, extraordinary politics, discriminative work environment. Management has very poor inter personal and communication skills, lack of respect for working as a team and can very disrespectful.

      Provided opportunity to work on exciting projects and manage them from concept to completion, including hiring consultants, taking the projects through entitlements, hiring contractors, and managing the process throughout the build-out.

      Company was acquired by a foreign conglomerate and completely changed the company culture from a small fun flexible firm to one that was no longer exciting to work at. Management seemed to have issues with the way the new parent company was running things and as such, constantly seemed to be in a bad mood, which had a trickle down effect on the employees.
