Clearly company focus on pocket at employees cost. • Most of the people who join them hardly stayed for 6-10 months very high attrition rate in the startup and there aren't any ESOP benefits. Very low pay unless you don't get any other jobs. • Seniors might help you sometimes but let you be in there group and 2-3 people always dominate the junior's with no working ethics. • Try reaching out to other ex employees on LinkedIn why they left the firm in such a short span of notice and similar reasons you will find for sure. • Pay in peanuts, work like nuts. • Can fire you at any moment.
