      Pathetic company with thirdclass service. Don't even have chairs for employees. No tea, salary in ending of the month

      If the company is this bad according to you, then why did you remain there for 1 year inspite of having no bond? 1 year is a very huge time period. Does it because you could not get any other job? Does that mean your performance and talent is not upto the mark to get another job? Doesn't your review contradict itself? Or you forgot that your joining was in September 2018 i.e. only one month before?
