      There is positive for everything, else it will be nuked even here. A series of similar and overwhelmingly positive reviews may indicate that they are not genuine. It's important to evaluate the authenticity of these types of reviews. This explains all about this organization. It`s only for "yes man" kind of organization. If you are like one of those go for it.

      I was extremely disappointed with my time at this company. The salary was inadequate and fell below market rates, a sentiment echoed in the numerous negative salary reviews. The company culture, which was once a strong point, has now declined significantly. Attrition rates are alarmingly high, and HR shows a lack of interest in employee feedback. To make matters worse, the middle management is ineffective and provides no real value. While some customers may have a positive experience, I cannot recommend this company based on my own experience. On top of that they follow some bookish 50th percentile salary benchmark.

AC3 follows industry standard salary benchmarking and offer an individualised variable reward framework on top of this, which allows each employee to be rewarded in a unique way is to that motivates them personally. We pride ourselves on our positive culture and our attrition rates which are lower than industry average, although we do also have a program in place to further reduce this rate.       Good technologies, slow going pace and some easy tasks in public cloud space. Lots of tenants and I learned a bit of Azure as well on top of AWS.

      Diminishing culture, toxic TL, rude, and overwhelming many a times. Too many tickets and alerts not managed in an efficient manner. Not good salary reviews some fancy variable structure. Sr. Management not aware of the ground truth and more on papers. It was a good and much better culture when I joined.
