ACC is headed for trouble - Recensione dipendente - IT Engineer presso ACC

ACC has entered into a period of time where it's senior leadership is no longer held to or expected to follow ACCs own polices and procedures. Promotions are random, not based on job performance, contractors are being brought in to be Directors (where full time employees now report to that contractor), jobs are being outsourced. The leadership is acting very similarly to what was happening at a major computer manufacture in the Austin area in the early 2000s.
