There are a few genuinely kind and supportive colleagues, and they help make the workplace more bearable. Many employees support one another through the challenges. Some are actively looking for better opportunities because of the work environment, while others have simply accepted the situation and no longer expect things to improve.

There seems to be a significant disconnect between top management and the realities faced by teachers and staff. Leadership often appears focused on creating an idealised vision, a "fairy tale world"/ “my world” where new initiatives and ambitious plans are constantly introduced. However, many employees struggle to see tangible results from these projects despite the resources/effort/ money invested.
Meanwhile, staff continue to face stagnant salaries, no bonuses, and the loss of benefits and appreciation events such as the annual dinner. Instead of addressing the underlying issues, employees often feel that teachers and staff are blamed when expectations are not met, while leadership rarely takes accountability.
The school has tremendous potential, but many employees feel that greater attention should be given to the practical challenges faced by those on the ground rather than pursuing unrealistic visions that do not translate into meaningful improvements
