Dedicated leaders already resigned a year ago, remaining managers are sick who keeps demanding sales but failed to resolve manpower issues. Ace Hardware lately focus more on the displays which as they told us should build “stories” instead of listening to the actual stories coming from each of their branch. I was a Supervisor, but I am the one receiving delivery, hauling it every week. No manpower. HRs are too comfortable on their office chairs who keeps saying “hang tight” when it took months for them to hire for a replacement. Some area managers are old format.. who TF would instruct a team to distribute b&W flyers over a week continuously to promote. I have knew lots of their staff who turned 4-7 years but still remain minimum when it comes to their wages.

You will have opportunities to learn and a good experience for entry levels.

Too much workload but the salary and benefits are not worth it.
