      There wern't many pro's to working there, other than having fresh milk in the... oh no wait, we had to pay for that too.

      No management structure - everyone is a manager. The marketing manager is the owners daugher, who was inept at anything. Sales were a joke.

      It is clear to the management at ACE Lifts who has written this and we understand that it is hard for some to be objective when they have been 'let go'. It is a shame that you feel that personal attacks on individuals are acceptable however we wish you all the best and hope you found a job that you are more suited to.

      - Treat staff fairly and well - Happy to pay for staff to go on training courses - You are listened to - Good team, overall nice people.

      - Change in software systems whilst I was there, challenging to learn 3 systems initially. Don't think this is likely to be the same in the future though.

      It is difficult to really know who everybody is as we have colleagues who work across the country - maybe hold more social events where we can all get together.

      Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. Something we are working on is to try and improve communication across all teams, especially with the growth plans we have, so will definitely take the idea of more social events on board.
