The force you to use your personal phone and blow it up through the entire day , but don’t pay a phone stipend or provide a work phone. turn over is insane to the point “new” RBT’s don’t even know who the clinic director is and thinks they are a fellow RBT. most gossip and clique together and if you don’t belong within that- good luck getting any support or guidance.
