As a contractor / vendor company, you will learn a lot through various type of projects. Even things you don't know, you got to learn as the company is willing to pay for the training and competency.

The boss expected you to be very independent and can work beyond office hour. You will have to travel a lot, depends on the project demand. Quite underpaid and overwork. The perks and benefits are very at bare minimum.
