Staffing company and not a service company - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso ACL Digital

It's a staffing company. I left my stable job to join this crap as they promised me desired job role on-site but I came to know that I was misfit in the job role and it was not what I was hired for. Even after telling them the reality they told me to stay there for a month and promised me a good opportunity. But they layed me off instead only after working for 5 months in COVID19 situation Please don't join them as they make you false promises and they will never pay your veriable component in your salary.
