No work life balance, political environment for employees (200+ employees ran like a high school) Very high turnover of staff. Current CEO and COO lack skills required to run an organization of this caliber. Not a member centered organization. They don’t listen to their members enough. Random changes that do a disservice to the organization. Everything is chaotic all the time in certain departments. Legal department is against the actual performance of the organization.
