Agreed, we had work to do to enforce a professional environment. Our employees are our number one reason any success and growth we've attained. We have been focused on restructuring and investing in the Company. We've weeded out a few bad apples that can ruin it for everyone. In addition, we have hired key people to make sure we are not asking some employees to carry a heavy load and others to skate by. In the second half of 2018, we'll be launching an intensive Leadership training program for our Supervisors, Managers and VPs.
