Work pressure is too much. They will keep loading you with work with zero appreciation. 10 hours min work. Sat sun are working which are not counted in working. Strict fixed timing. A new culture has been introduced in the company to share your screen with the team in the meetings to show how much work you hv done and how much is pending to the team members(which is irritating for me) No medical No conveyance No perks No bonus Only salary.
