Work life balance. Great exposure for other construction possibilities. Good people to work with I think the CEO is the real problem. The company really does do amazing work . It’s not a bad stepping song if you want a career and construction.

Unprofessional, no clear goal , backstabbing environment, and not so much me I’ve seen it with multiple other people. It’s not a stable place to work. If you’re looking to level up great place to start.
