      Best place I have ever worked. No micro-management. Great place to work if you are legitimately motivated on your own to make money. Nobody will breathe down your neck here to get you to ramp up your productivity.

      Some people need to be micro-managed so they end up taking advantage of the management style and slack off.

      The Centrics Group has been an ideal fit for me! The company is full of high octane staff that perform well with little oversight. Management is supportive but doesn't micromanage. Great work/life balance and flexibility for life events.
