ADEX takes on exciting, cutting edge projects while allowing their engineers a large degree of autonomy and freedom unlike anywhere I've worked before. The projects are always interesting and provide challenges allowing one to further their skillset, often by learning from coworkers. Management is very flexible and provides all the tools and resources that are requested, without the red tape and hurdles found at larger companies. I have found management to be appreciative of hard work and compensation to be reasonable. The culture is friendly and positive. Everyone there was very approachable, including the CTO/COO.

ADEX is a relatively new and growing company and at times things can get hectic, but this is to be somewhat expected when working on the sort of complex/unique projects that they specialize in.
