Despite positioning itself as a forward-thinking organisation, the company consistently overlooks individuals with exceptional capabilities in favour of safer, more conventional choices. High-potential employees are often underutilised, unchallenged, and ultimately disengaged due to a lack of meaningful investment in their growth. There is little evidence of a structured approach to talent development or succession planning. Opportunities for advancement seem to favour tenure over merit, and innovation is frequently stifled by rigid processes and risk-averse leadership. Compounding these challenges, the company’s salary structure is notably below industry standards. This significant pay gap further diminishes motivation and hampers the ability to retain top talent.
