There is no work to life balance here. A schedule is made a month in advance with varying shifts and you are expected to follow it. The environment is "child like". The supervisor (s)and team leaders are inexperienced and lack integrity and exhibit poor communication skills or lack thereof. Terrible pay, hours can be long, there is no OT.
