Not much work pressure Extra curricular activities are encouraged They try to get some HR intitaives going for employee engagement(but these do not get the intended result)

Offshore management has no control-- Major chunk of the cream work gets done at onsite They do not value resources well Top level talent has no significant place-- Managers just look for people to get the work done Compensation can be much better for a company of ADP's scale Senior management in India reaps the maximum benefits

Employees can dress in normal day to day clothing as long as it is tactful, events all month on-site such as the Farmers market . Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote Self-service coffee and cappuccino bat and beautiful break and recharge rooms.
