Pay is good for a call center and even though they are not the best, you do get benefits. You can’t get bored because you take different types of calls.

ADT cares only about numbers. They don’t care how you handle the call as long as you get them off the phone and move on to the next one. I understand you have to have metrics at a call center, otherwise there is no guideline on taking calls and nothing would get done. I have worked for other call centers and have never seen such disregard to Customer service in order to get those metrics met.
