A lot of micro managing, you will gain alot of pto but when time to be used it’s hardly ever approved. I had the worst supervisor she hardly ever acknowledged when her team or teammates were doing good but always spoke on those doing bad in front of the entire team. She changed everything we learned in training. She has only been employed there a year so a lot of questions we had she had no answer to nor would she reach out to other supervisors or employees try to find the answer. As a customer service representative we had to deal with a lot of angry customers & received a lot of bad surveys which affected our metrics due to things that were out of our control for example long wait times, faulty equipment, speaking to technicians they couldn’t understand or that would hang up on them.
