I love the culture, the variety of projects and the employee benefits. (I just received cash back for buying some fitness equipment!) We are on some of the biggest projects in NZ projects like Northland through to small local council jobs improving traffic safety for our whanau and friends. Our local offices have a great vibe and people really care about each other. As evidence we see a lot of 'boomerangs' - people coming back after checking out the 'greener' grass.

We are a big company and we have all the benefits and challenges of that. Regionally we can respond fast but if it is an international challenge - then it can take awhile to get the result we are chasing - mostly because we (rightly) have to get buy in from other regions and countries.
