1. Pay and benefits are atrocious. Do not be fooled by the relatively good starting salaries for graduates they will not last too long 2. Promises for pay/promotion/chartership rewards are not kept. 3. No reward is given based on performance. Do not let the myth of "Performance and Rewards" fool you. 4. High staff turnover, especially young engineers. 5. You are treated as just a number with a constant push for 100% utilisation 6. Work long hours-No overtime paid 7. Services like IT are to be outsourced at the moment and several people will loose their jobs. The service employees will get from the external provider is unsure. 8. We hear of many redundancies recently which does not help with the overall feeling towards the company.
