Employees are numbers - loyalty, commitment, outstanding work history irrelevant to Aecom's "decision-makers." It's all about bottom line, overheads expendable no matter the role. Soulless/arrogant - shown the door within hr of axing, no matter longevity with company, just a number to be crunched & deleted. Silo mentality, no communication from top down, soulless, toxic work environment, people treated like dirt there to bring in $$$ for US & shareholders. Too big - devouring smaller companies/competitors
