For up and coming engineers, designers, and architects, there are great experiences to be had. Just don't plan to make it a long term career here. Budget cuts and layoffs are an annual way of life.

The CEO is an accountant and the newly named President is an accountant, but it's not an accounting firm. The bean counters are running one of the world's largest architecture and engineering firms, and they're doing it like... accountants. Since the new management team took control, diversity has gone out the window. Women in leaderships positions have been fired, forced to retire, or left voluntarily.
