Stupidly long hours for long periods of time (can sometimes get to 37 hours in 2 days) Company are extremely back stabbing and drop bomb shells, most of which lead to people seeking employment elsewhere (not good when trying to feed a family) Zero hour contacts Met some of the most unprofessional members of management within the company!
