Great place to learn how a think tank operates.

There is sometimes a lack of communication with scholars.

Wonderful people who are passionate about what they do. Great place to learn as there are always events. Overall I love my job at AEI.

Experience differs significantly based on what scholar you work for. There are RAs worked to the bone for overtime without pay and RAs that find themselves without much work to do. The salary is also terrible compared with every other think tank.
