Overall good benifits and good location in Duncan, SC with several factories with in a few miles. Company is full of potential, if it can establish common goals, objectives and policies within its manufacturing facilities.

There is a lack of global manufacturing systems and goals. It's every man for himself, everyone has there own set of goals, if at the end of the day the numbers say everything is good then it is. If they say things are not good, the fire drills begin and knee jerk reactions are eveywhere. Policies are not enforced equally through out the plants and departments.
