Any minor "Pros" are completely wiped out by the the large number of "Cons" at this organization.

High level of staff turnover is indicative of a sour workplace Managers are unable to provide guidance and are lacking in the basics of leadership Extremely low pay levels in comparison to other companies in the KW corridor New employees are poorly trained and left to their own devices to figure things out Recruitment process is a farce. Aptitude testing is comical.

Hi – Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on our organization. We’re sorry that you did not get the most out of your experience with AGDATA. We invest heavily in our employees and all of our managers recently completed 6 months of management training as part of their own development; we also recently developed a formal onboarding/training program for all of our new employees. We wish you had a better experience with the recruitment process, but we are confident the aptitude testing is an indicator of future performance.
