AGI company is good as a whole, but it's the small manufacturing facilities they acquire are not very good. This is specific to Mitchell Mill Systems in Newton, Ontario. Horrible location, run down building. Office is run down, dirty. Working atmosphere is horrific, bullying, high school type mentality. Was horrible working conditions. Long day work hours. No flexibility if you have an appointment of some kind. Very poorly managed, and very unprofessional. Very unhappy disgruntled people.
