They promote work life balance and positive work place culture, and claim to care about employee mental health and it’s simply a lie. My mental health went in the toilet working here. They used to have excellent leadership for a short while. Very toxic environment. Zero integrity when it comes to backing up the things they say. Off on mental health leave and claim to support that but will only basically cover enough for one therapy session and then wonder why you aren’t “helping yourself/going to therapy” and you need to be to be on leave. Work place bullying is a huge issue. If you pipe up with any feedback or report anything it reflects negatively on your career. I could go on forever. Would give negative stars if possible
