      1.Very less Salary. 2.NO HR policies & hindrance to get holidays even from CL,PL,SL. 3.Unjust project deadline for employee. 4.Extreme psychological pressure. 5.Miss-Management,ultimately client takes back-foot.

      Lot of brilliant people to work with. Exciting projects to do. Plenty to learn provided you are proactive and ask the right questions.

      Location might be an issue. Located far from the greater Mumbai area. Comuting is not that big of an hassle though.
