      There is limited growth for new hires, and opportunities seem concentrated among upper management. The overall environment feels highly hierarchical rather than startup-like. Many team members appear apprehensive around the manager, reacting with noticeable anxiety whenever he raises concerns. While the manager himself seems reasonable and approachable, the dynamic beneath him feels overly controlled. Communication tends to follow a strict chain of command, where information is filtered upward with the mindset that no issues should reach management. Overtime is never compensated. CTO roams around at 10 AM and wants everyone to be on time but doesn't care when people work overtime. He is overly ambitious about AI.

      Lunch is good. Facilities department ( office boys etc) is super good. Software department is also working good. Too much to learn for freshers. Good people are there but you have to find them.

      In my department there was zero professionalism, Manager and Team leads will comment on females of the company and pass adult jokes on each other like they are sitting on the corner of street ( if raising this concern they will say they want to make a friendly environment within the team and if you raise voice you will be targeted all the time). Team leads are having zero skills to lead. CTO wants you to work for 19 hours in a day.
