Couldn't be working with a better group of people! Very collaborative environment and have learned a lot. Get the flexibility to work from home. Amazing culture - the complete opposite of your average stale corporate environment! Have an amazing patio for the summer time Very open space, your opinion is heard

This only con I can think of is personal, I live further so the commute can be troublesome in the Winter but is something I knew before I joined. We also do get the flexibility to work from home at times so that is also helpful! So really there are no real cons.
