4yThank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I agree, we do have a fantastic culture which includes recognition, celebrations and growth/development, all of which are deeply ingrained into our programs and processes.
We make knowledge sharing a priority at AIR MILES and transparency in communication is important to us. We’ve implemented internal channels for our Associates to engage with leaders and ask questions, and for our leaders to share important business updates and key messages, tips, tricks and best practices. We value everyone’s opinion at AIR MILES, and we keep lines of communication open through pulse checks, surveys and regular one on one development conversations with leaders so that we can better understand what’s working well and areas to affect positive change. This also provides our Associates the opportunity to share valuable insights and recommendations to help drive our mission of Rewarding Canadians Every Day. I encourage you to share any tips or ideas about workflow optimization with your leader, team or myself directly. We are always looking to improve, and you can help us get there.
