Most recently, we embarked on a transformative journey to modernize our Travel business systems to create a best-in-class, digital-first experience with scalability for future growth and expansion. During this transformation we lean on our leaders to set the example with collaboration, active listening, communication, agility, and the ability to pivot. Compensation in the Data & Analytics landscape as we know is incredibly competitive. At AIR MILES we rely on market data to ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive, reviewing market changes regularly, conducting a market review of our own roles on an annual basis and updating our salary ranges as necessary keep us in that competitive space.
