Hi – thank you for your kind review! As an Associate that has been with us for over 5 years, I’m happy to hear you are such a big fan of our culture – our Associates really do make us who we are. Also, I would encourage you to take your calendar into your hands – be sure to place holds in your calendar to allow for breathing room, like a quick walk, or for some time to do some exercise or a stretch break. We have enforced ‘meeting-free’ hours throughout the week Fridays in order to allow Associates use this time to work on projects, respond to emails, and to have a break from meetings. All the best! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
