Upper management does not walk the talk, they want to be a Top Employer of Choice yet they don't care about their employees nor invest the time and money in elevating their engagement. Their contact centre is like a maquiladora factory. Sell, sell, sell,wow the Collector with amazing Customer Service but there is no flight availability, the wait times to get to am Agent is ridiculously long and abusive and the taxes charged for a flight are outrageous. Yet Agents are expected to excel their KPO's and have high Customer Sarisfaction results when the company makes Collectors wait longer than 30 minutes.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
