I’m sorry to hear that you think the direction of the company is unclear — communication is at the cornerstone of our business, which is why we host company-wide monthly business updates to inform Associates about the direction of the company and key initiatives taking place.
We strive for a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust. Our semi-annual Leadership Effectiveness Survey is just one of the platforms we use to better understand areas of opportunities with respect to culture and leadership. I hope you use this tool, among others, to provide feedback so that we can form action plans to improve the Associate experience.
