2 main downfall: lack of career growth and unfitting leadership This company doesn't know how to retain talents - They have bi-annual formal performance review process with the intention of mapping out each employee's career path, but it is meaningless when manager do not act on giving the employee opportunity or resource to follow the path. In fact, they do not hesitate putting employee into roles that contradict their paths. They are a lot of fake promises, especially during job offer when they want to lure you in. The new management in the creative department also does not have any understanding or appreciation for creative. Office cleanliness and etiquette are valued much higher than innovative creative thinking. This is unfortunate because old leadership was amazing.
