I Have been here for 10 years in various rolls with in Customer Care, This once great job has slipped into a horrid and nightmarish experience...Organizational changes have ruinedthe very culture we once prized....The environment has become increasingly toxic, countless associates are being fire,and the client base we deal with is so angry at the changes that have been made its a struggle just to get through the day without crying...wrong people are in managment, the front line staff are required to deliver bery unpopular messages to customers and are expected to have a 75% approval rating...Funny how tjings were so kuchbeeter for noth employee and customer when we made less money...seems the more this place makes the worse it gets....its a sinking ship...look elsewhere for employment BROKEN
